EXPERIENCE. After a career in aerospace engineering and environmental science with Douglas Aircraft, and then as a Senior Engineering specialist with Hughes Aircraft Company, Mr. McClellan became a Purchasing, Compliance, & Configuration Management Specialist and resident environmental scientist and regulation specialist with the Silvestri Studio, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA. After that, he was a Configuration Planner (independent consultant) for Patina-V in City of Industry, CA. He was the Controller of Continental Weather & Earth Sciences, Inc. for eight years, where he was a stockholder, a member of the Board of Directors, and Chief Operations Officer. Mr. McClellan was responsible for the finances and financial operations of the company and its day-to-day business operations.CURRENT AFFILIATIONS. He is now Climatological, Engineering, and Environmental Consultant to Environmental Science & Energy, Inc., among others. He is a Financial Consultant to Associated Science Experts, LLC. Mr. McClellan is a participant in the severe storms photography program of American Weather & Hydrology, LLC.PRESENT AND FUTURE PLANS. As a consultant to Environmental Science & Energy, Inc., Mr. McClellan is working with Dr. Charles B. Pyke, Timothy E. Wright, Philip K. Barone, Dr. William J. Trott, Zane A. Stephens, Lawrence D. Determination of construction defects, foundation failures, and seismic and landslide hazards Provision of climatic, meteorological, hydrologic, seismic, landslide, coastal, and ocean data, plus precise, pinpoint data interpolation to specific locations, as well as detailed expert data analysis and high-resolution mapping of data.. Protection and restoration of beaches, ports, harbors, marinas, seawalls, piers, and docks, plus lagoons, marshes, wetlands, and coral reefs. Structural integrity inspections and seismic safety inspections for bridges, tunnels, railroads, dams, public schools, universities, stadiums, theaters, public buildings, prisons, power plants, cell phone towers, oil rigs, pipelines, and numerous other structures and infrastructures . Included are annual railroad bridge inspections required by Federal Railroad Administration Regulation #49 CFR, Bridge Safety Standards.Conservation of natural resources and environmental planning.
